Susan Berkley is a top voice-over artist and telephone voice for AT&T, Citibank and many others. An internationally known communications expert, she’s the author of Speak To Influence: How To Unlock The Hidden Power Of Your Voice and her latest book, The Persuasion Code. She is president and founder of The Great Voice Company in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
She provides leadership training in persuasive speaking techniques for business and sales professionals worldwide, and works with top marketers to help them optimize the voices on their VSLs, achieving conversion lifts of as high as 20%. A frequent media guest, she has been featured on ABC News, CNBC, MSNBC, and in The NY Times, The LA Times and Business Week. Susan spent 15 years in broadcasting as a radio personality, including a stint as traffic reporter on The Howard Stern Show.
