726: Manage Emotional Stress, Break the Cycle of Failure, and Banish Burnout with Janice Litvin
Do you tend to "sweat the small stuff"?
Do you overreact to stressful events?
Do you get easily overwhelmed when things pile up?
Janice Litvin has been working in the Human Resources industry for over 20 years, first as a technology recruiter. After that she decided to go back to school to study exercise science and sports psychology and is now certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
She now helps organizations strategize ways to get their employees engaged and stress-free, in addition to getting them motivated to work out & eat right. She is a Zumba Fitness Instructor, as well as a wellness coach with Weight Watchers.
Janice has gone from overly critical complainer to a calmer, more RATIONAL person.
Look for her upcoming book, Banish Burnout: Move from Stress to Success later this year.
